Web Applications Engineer
Adify, one of the fastest growing new companies in the exciting online advertising space, is seeking superstar web application developers to expand upon our cutting edge, multi-language, multi-currency, web applications using .NET, AJAX, JavaScript, DHTML, and C#, in a dynamic, rapid-development environment. Release Engineer
Adify’s Engineering Team is seeking a release engineer who will develop and maintain an advanced build system to support our engineering development efforts. This includes managing version control, and build & release of a variety of web service releases. The release engineer will be responsible for the release tools, systems and processes, configuration specification and management of development and test environments and providing new builds on a daily (sometimes hourly basis) across different web based applications. This release engineer will be responsible for day-to-day support of the builds, plus innovation to handle the growth of services, people and projects within the Engineering department. The release engineer will work closely with the development team and the QA team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the development source control environment (currently CVS)
- Create and maintain an automated build system.
- Manage the development server environment including server maintenance and installation.
- Work with Operations to coordinate production and test releases.
- Document configuration and deployment instructions.
- Assist with production issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Support QA efforts with on-demand builds.
- Develop automated testing scripts including build verification test scripts, and assisting QA with automated testing.

The Director Media Sales will be responsible for helping Adify drive our next stage of growth by selling Adify’s unique branded vertical ad networks into top agencies and advertisers. Positions exist for New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales meetings with agencies/clients and secure advertising commitments.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of national media selling experience with at least 3 of those years directly in online sales. Media Operations
Manager/Director of Media Development
Media Development is the nexus of insights into the constantly evolving, unique inventory on Networks powered by Adify. With over 100 networks currently and expectations to grow the networks by 100% and the publishers within them by 100%, Media Development is the conduit through which Adify Media learns what is available to present to advertisers in order to deliver breakthrough campaigns.
Media Development At a Glance:
- Liaises with every Adify Network Builder to assess their inventory and develop a mutually advantageous sales strategy.
- Analyzes inventory availability, pricing and characteristics to create standard packages for Adify Media Sales.
- Creates custom, new advertising solutions derived from new assets available directly from Adify and through our Network Builders.
Responsibilities:
- Enable the Adify Media sales team to sell unique inventory and advertising solutions available through Networks powered by Adify
- Coordinate with the Adify Marketing team in the development of refined targeting products and associated sales support materials
- Optimize media sales and buys by analyzing spend and return
- Process inventory related requests
- Determine inventory levels and usage patterns
- Coordinate with media planning team in discussing allocation and pricing strategies

Account Manager/AMO Trafficker
Adify Media Operations (AMO) Traffickers are the heartbeat of Adify Media with responsibility to place and optimize campaigns sold by Adify Media. AMO Traffickers liaise with Adify Media Sales, Media Planning and Media Development to create campaign delivery strategies, anticipate delivery and performance issues, and communicate with agencies. AMO Traffickers create product enhancement opportunities and beta test new solutions for Adify’s product. The position reports to the Vice President, Marketing and Media Operations and works closely with the Sales, Media Planning, Media Development, Marketing and Product teams.
AMO Trafficking At a Glance:
- Create and optimize Adify Media campaigns

Platform Solutions Manager
The Platform Solutions Manager will be responsible for successfully deploying Adify's online advertising products and services to our enterprise customers across the globe. This is a multi-faceted role that combines working one-on-one with clients and prospects to understand their requirements, creating custom web-based solutions, and implementing those solutions into complex enterprise environments. This position is based in San Bruno, CA or New York, NY.

- Work with Adify's enterprise clients and prospects to understand their needs and requirements.

Finance & Administration
Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant will perform a variety of accounting activities related to the payment and receipt of money and computes, classifies, records, and reconciles transactions into the Adify's financial accounting systems. This position checks transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies and applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Record, classify, and summarize accounting transactions.
- Compile various documents, verifies their accuracy, and authorizes payments in accordance with established procedures.
- Assemble documents for computer input, verifying accuracy of itemized charges, account numbers, and total costs.
- Select correct accounts; post, verify, and balance debit and credit entries.
- Reconcile accounts and assists in the compilation of reports.
- Apply a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verify documents for completeness and compliance with government and private agencies.
- Know the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures which may include some familiarity of other departments within the company. Demonstrate sensitivity to the interrelationship of both people and functions within the department.
- Perform arithmetic calculations.
- Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating, and purging.
- Respond to inquiries. Check accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide accounting services to executive staff, management, and line staff or organizations outside of the company, such as government agencies and banks.
- Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and calculator.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision.
