ADIFY ADDS INTERACTIVE ADVERTISING BUREAU PRESIDENT GREG STUART TO ADVISORY BOARD

SAN BRUNO, Calif., December 5, 2006

— Adify Corporation today announced that Greg Stuart has joined the company’s board of advisors. Stuart currently serves as CEO & President of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), a leading association for the interactive advertising and marketing industry. He announced last August that he would be stepping down at the end of this year.

As president of the IAB, Stuart has led the industry from $6 billion to $16 billion in annual advertising revenue and overseen the organization’s relationships with more 300 companies responsible for selling nearly 90% of online advertising in the United States, including AOL, CNET, Google, MSN, Walt Disney Internet Group and Yahoo!. Additionally, under his leadership, the IAB spearheaded the advertising industry’s largest advertising research project that examined cross media optimization and included funding support from more than 25 of the world’s largest publishers.

Before joining IAB, Stuart served as CEO and president of DeltaClick, Inc., an advertising technology company in San Francisco, as a part of his role as venture partner at iMinds Ventures. He also held executive positions at Flycast Communications, Cars.com and @webrite, inc., a New York-based marketing and business development services firm that helped AOL, Sony, Dentsu and others navigate the digital age.

“Adify’s take on ad networks – that the traditional one-size-fits-all approach no longer adequately meets the needs of sophisticated advertisers and publishers – will resonate with operators seeking to build niche or vertically-focused networks to meet specific market needs,” Stuart said. “I’m excited to join Adify at this stage of its development and be able to leverage my experience at the IAB and identify new growth opportunities, while helping drive this new concept towards mainstream adoption.”

At the recent Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco, Adify introduced a new Build Your Own Network (BYON™) platform that helps traditional media organizations, advertisers and entrepreneurs monetize pre-existing networks and create niche, vertical-advertising networks from scratch.

The foundation for Adify’s BYON solution is an integrated suite of tools and services allowing network builders to promote and sell text, graphic and rich media advertising inventory across a custom-built network. Adify also provides key enabling services required to execute the transaction, including ad management, tracking, reporting, billing and payment.

“Now more than ever, the online advertising industry is in a state of rapid change with publishers and advertisers seeking to leverage the technology, business model and creative innovations that have occurred in recent years,” said Larry Braitman, co-founder and CEO of Adify. “Greg and the IAB have played a key role in helping shape many of these innovations and his deep expertise in the space will be valuable as we work with customers to introduce a new category of online ad networks.”
