ADIFY CEO TO SPEAK AT TOP ADVERTISING INDUSTRY CONFERENCES

Online Advertising Pioneer Larry Braitman to Speak at Leading Online Media Event About Benefits of Next-Generation Advertising Networks

SAN BRUNO, Calif., January 16, 2007 — Adify Corporation today announced that CEO Larry Braitman has been invited to participate in the AlwaysOn Media conference later this month in New York City as well as the VentureWire WebVentures conference in San Bruno, Calif. in March.

At the AlwaysOn Media conference, Braitman will be joined by a host of executives from other leading media companies to focus on the disruptive forces within the branding, marketing, advertising and PR industries. He will open the AlwaysOn event on January 29 on a panel entitled “Are There Chinks in Google’s Advertising Armor?” and moderated by MarketWatch’s Bambi Francisco. The panel will discuss whether or not Google’s one-size-fits-all approach to online advertising is falling out of favor with marketers and publishers, as well as explore innovative new approaches that are more highly targeted, less susceptible to click fraud and more transparent for all parties.

In a separate release today, Adify also announced that it was selected as part of the AlwaysOn Media 100, a list of the top 100 private companies making a difference in how media is created, distributed and consumed in the digital age.

Sponsored by Dow Jones, the VentureWire WebVentures conference will explore how this generation’s Web ventures can become profitable and stay successful through innovative advertising strategies. For more information, visit: http://webventures.dowjones.com/. At the event, Braitman will discuss Adify’s advertising and services platform which gives entrepreneurs, advertisers and publishers of all sizes the infrastructure and tools for creating customized online advertising networks. Adify's Build Your Own Network offering network builders can define, assemble, merchandize and manage new, highly-targeted advertising networks within weeks, incurring little or no upfront cost.

“There has been a lot of discussion and excitement in recent months about how online advertising networks can better serve publishers and advertisers,” Braitman said. “By aggregating advertising inventory from niche and verticalized communities to create new networks and allowing traditional media companies to instantly build new advertising options from their properties and integrated third-party sites, we can increase the revenue opportunities for publishers, while delivering advertisers an entirely new way to reach elusive, yet desirable audiences.”

In November, Braitman was one of a dozen startup CEOs selected to present at the Web 2.0 Summit Launch Pad in November in San Francisco, and also spoke at the Digital Hollywood conference last October in Santa Monica, Calif. He is widely quoted on the evolution of Internet advertising and emerging media models in business and advertising publications.
